National Maintains Streak Atop BTN’s Car Rental Survey
National Car Rental retains its top spot in BTN’s 2023 Car Rental Survey, which gauges the segment's standing with travel buyers All but one of the five qualifying car rental brands showed improved ratings this year over last.

National remains undefeated in the eight years BTN has conducted the survey. Its sister brand Enterprise was the only brand with a decreased score from 2022, but it still managed to rank second, the same as it did last year. Avis and Hertz nearly tied
for third place, forcing BTN to extend the results to a third decimal place to finalize the rankings.
Both chauffeured transportation and ride-hailing companies saw dips in overall service and satisfaction scores from business travel buyers.
