Delta Air Lines has signed as an airline partner with SAP Concur
TripLink. Once the partnership is live, travelers can link their Concur accounts and Delta frequent-flyer
accounts through either supplier, and they will be able to book their companies' negotiated
rates via Delta's website. The bookings will prepopulate into Concur's
itinerary app, TripIt, and into SAP Concur Expense. That allows travel managers
to capture off-channel bookings in real time without travelers having to
forward itineraries to Concur. Neither Delta nor Concur announced a date for the TripLink partnership to be up and running. United Airlines and British Airways currently are the only to airlines with live TripLink connections, though several others have signed commitments. Concur claimed 7 million users on TripLink during the Global Business Travel Association's press conference on Sunday.
